Returns Policy
- First, email Anna at shopdishandlily@gmail.com to begin the return or exchange process. Let us know what's going on and whether you want to return the item(s) or begin an exchange. Please include your NAME and ORDER NUMBER in your email.
- Once you receive authorization to return, please ship your item(s) to Dish Statesboro, ATTN: RETURNS, 721 S. Main Street, Suite 5, Statesboro, GA 30458. We suggest using the US Post Office to ship your return. If you request a return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
- Please include your invoice along with your items.
- If we shipped you the wrong item(s), we will of course pick up the cost of the return shipping.
- All return packages must be received within 14 days of the date we shipped your order, so be sure to contact us immediately if you need to do a return or exchange.
- Refunds can only be issued in the form of store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Underwear
- Returns received after 14 days of the original order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Sale items

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
In-store pickup
We offer free in-store pickup on all orders. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up at Dish (721 S. Main Street, Suite 5, Statesboro GA 30458) within 1 to 2 hours. If your order is placed on a Sunday or holiday, it will be ready by 11am the next business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopdishandlily@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will be glad to look into it for you.
